Capital Engineering System
TGC-2 is connecting capital construction (reconstruction) facilities to centralized heating systems of the following cities: Arkhangelsk, North Provincesk, Vlogda, Kostrom, Jaroslav.
TGC-2 is connecting capital construction (reconstruction) facilities to the heating system by means of a contract to access the heating system.
- Application by the Claimant for the technical conditions of connection to the heating system, specifying the required volume of the load involved and attaching the necessary documents.
The application for the technical conditions of connection to the heat supply system, with the required documents, shall be submitted to the office office or to the postal address of the HK-2 OA in the connection area. (Contact information)
On the basis of an application received within 14 working days of the date of receipt of the OAO, TC-2 defines and provides the technical conditions for connection of the facility to networks Engineering either provides a reasoned waiver.
In the absence of the necessary documents, the Claimant shall, within six working days of the date of receipt of the application, be notified, on the contact details indicated in the application, of the need for missing documents.

In the absence of the necessary documents, the Claimant shall, within six working days of the date of receipt of the request, be notified, upon the contact details specified in the application, of the need for missing documents to be submitted.
In the event that the applicant fails to provide the necessary documents and information within 3 months of the date of its notification, the TGC-2 OA shall cancel the application for inclusion and notify the applicant within 15 days of the date of the decision to cancel the application.
In the event of the submission of information and documents in full, the GAO TC-2 shall, within 30 days from the date of receipt, send a letter of transmittal or hand to the employer a signed draft contract for inclusion in the required number of copies (depending on the number of parties to the treaty) for consideration and signature.
