Legislative and financial instruments to support the construction materials, machinery and equipment manufacturers in the Russian Federation:

• Draft amendments to Federal legislation on counterfeiting and falsified products in the production and consumption of construction materials and special engineering products.
• Legislation on non-exploitation for industrial construction materials. Amendments to federal and regional non-exploitation legislation for FSM enterprises.
• Reducing administrative barriers in construction materials industry (in the example of wall building materials, their classification into 1 and 2 categories by environmental impact and the need for Changes Government Decision No. 1029.
• 0 Legislation for cement and concrete road construction in the FM.
• The use of the Deflator Index in the construction materials industry.
• On measures of public financial support (integrated federal executive authorities; Industry Development Fund; State financial institutions).
