3D-panel

The idea of this method of construction was born in America, developed in Europe, but Ukraine came from Russia, where it is popularized under the trademark of the Russian Wall. This planting technology combines the principles of carcasino-panel and monolithic housebuilding. The building ' s carcas is assembled from factory readiness elements - foam polystyrene panels in an outlet of two parallel welded fixtures connected with dyagonal rods from zincane or stainless wires.

The stems shall be welded at the angles of the grids and " stalk " foam plates, formed with grids of spatial design (this is the name of 3D‐panel). Once the panels are installed, they are covered on both sides by a concrete layer that forms a monolithic casing. There are at least two such construction technologies in the Ukrainian market that differ in some detail in the structure of the fixture.

Carcasian engineering

Carcasal technologies are extremely popular around the world, but few have been developed by domestic developers.

The first is the carcass, the superstitious walls consisting of vertical feet, horizontal balds and diagonal decays, moving the load from the walls and roofing on the foundation. Carcas may be wood or metal. The walls only perform a deterrent function and only carry a load from their own weight, which enables them to use a variety of light materials and significantly reduce the pressure on the foundation.

The simplest version of the carcasing house is the carcasino-frame technology. The collection of all parts of the building - carcasses and wall fill - is directly on the construction site. The ready carcass outside is embodyed by a moisture OSB‐plate. The guns between the carcas components are filled with thermal insulating material.
