2. To recognize the lost orders of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation:

(a) The approval of the instructions on how to complete the form of construction permit (registered at the Ministry of Justice on 8 November 2006; N 8451; Federal Executive Gazette No. 46, 13 November 2006;

(b) " Approval of the Instructions on how to fill the form of authorization for the entry into service of the facility " (registered at the Ministry of Justice on 15 November 2006, registration N 8477; Federal Executive Gazette, No. 48, 27 November 2006).

3. This order shall enter into force on the date of entry into force of the Government of the Russian Federation ' s decision declaring the Government of the Russian Federation ' s decision No. 698 of 24 November 2005 on the form Construction permits and the form of authorization for the entry into service of the facility (Country of Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2005, N 48, art. 5047).
