After which, our specialists received a new mission to obtain a building permit.
Method of addressing the challenge
So, the task is to obtain permission for the construction of anatomical/auto-service/schinomontage/magazine on the land area located in the drawing of the Nizhny Novgorod.
1. Obtaining technical conditions. One of the key points in the construction of any capital facility requiring Construction permitthe technical conditions for connection to different communication systems.
Where land is leased through the Investment Board, there is no need to order and obtain technical conditions. All necessary technical conditions for connection to the engineering networks that have been stated in the investment application are attached to the construction plan. This is generally:

In addition, our experience shows that frequent TCs have to be adjusted, which is also part of the construction permit work.
