Work performed in the IGDI process:

1. Creation of geodetic and planning and altitude justification;
2. Transfer of linear structures;

Upon receipt of the authorization documents, the employer is already directly contacting the organization which will conduct engineering and geodesy (hereinafter the organization). It is important to require the organization to prove that there is " SRA " (Samore regulated).

The contracting authority and the organization shall conclude a contract specifying the technical mission, the annex to the technical assignment and the IGI boundary scheme. By concluding the contract, the organization sends a request to the Federal Public Registration, Cadastre and Cartography Service (Rosrester). The Rosrestr in turn provides the organization with:

• Discharge of the coordinates of the necessary reference points;
• Location cards for the necessary starting points.

Upon receipt of this, the organization should send the IGO notification to the public authority of the subject (for SPB-KGA). The IGI notification consists of:

• Notification blanc;
• Letter of request for archives;
• Authorized documentation;
• Technical assignment;
• IGDI Work Programme;
• IGDI border chart.

Further, the organization is already directly involved in engineering and geodesy.

For field operations, the field office should be provided with:

1. Archive material;
2. Describe the coordinates of the reference points and the reference point map;
3. IGDI Work Programme;
4. Arrangements of entry limits;
5. Complex of necessary equipment.

Field Division, as a result of the film, provides:

1. Trailability and characteristics of tachometric strokes;
2. Abbreviations of topography (in symbols);
3. Files from the instrument;
4. Underground communications survey report.

The Cameral Division handles field materials, archival records and the harmonization of underground communications in Credo, AutoCAD, MapInfo, etc.
