First stage - preparatory work

Full construction and the reconstruction of substations takes place in two stages. Before the equipment is delivered, all construction and engineering works are completed:

• Preparation of a basement or building blocks
• Preparation of telecommunications tranches for the laying of landing, power and control cables
• Establishment of a substation fence
• Construction of sub-standards and construction of anchorages for approved technology
